Every academic record (including student profiles, marks sheets, teacher assignments, and comment configurations) is systematically tagged with a unique `school_id` foreign key. Authentication tokens (JWTs) guarantee that users can only view or mutate data specifically authorized for their assigned workspace.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information provided directly by school administrators and staff during workspace registration and system operations, including:

• School name, code, motto, email address, physical address, and contact number.
• Administrator and user (teacher) credentials, name, email addresses, and initials.
• Student enrollment registries (names, class levels, streams, parent contact details).
• Academic records including exams grades, teacher feedback, and assessments.

3. Data Security and Hosting

We deploy strict database and API-level validation constraints to prevent cross-tenant data leakage. Password records are hashed using bcrypt algorithm before persistence. We recommend administrators enforce strict password rules and safeguard their unique school code keys from unauthorized disclosure.
